CAR SELECTION
Entry list will open on 23rd December at 20:00 Paris time on first come - first served basis.
Cars with red numbers in the entry list are off limits to the fastest drivers. Admin reserve the right to deny a car to a driver if they are deemed too quick for it.
When asking for a car, you can list multiple choices (specific car, make, or team).
For the 1000 KM races (run over 500 KM), full-season drivers have 3 possibilities:
- Use their full-season car.
- Join another driver in a shared car. His own car will be offered as a one-off for that race, he can use it again at the next race.
- Drive a one-off car. His own car will be offered as a one-off for that race, he can use it again at the next race.
Initial car selection:
Wed. December 23rd, 20h00 CET: Car booking opens
Sun. December 27th, 20h00 CET: First race thread is posted
Sun. December 27th, 20h00 CET: First race thread is posted
Losing your car/Car switching during the season:
- Any driver missing a race without comment or missing 2 races in total (regardless if they announce their presence or absence) will lose their car and it shall be vacated.
- Vacated cars shall be offered for 24 hours and anyone can ask for them. After the 24 hour period, the cars will be assigned in the following preference order:
- 1st: To the asking fulltime drivers with the most starts
- 2nd: To the non-fulltime drivers with the most starts
- Drivers can only switch cars once during a season.*
- If a full-time drive is vacated once a race thread is up, the admins will offer the car as a one-off for said race, then reallocate it as a full-time drive after the race has been completed
One Off's:
- Every full time time driver must announce his presence/absence when a race thread is posted. Drivers who haven't announced their presence 48 hours before the start of official qualifying will have their cars made available as one-offs.
- If a driver declares his absence, his car shall be made available as a one-off.
- Once a driver has chosen a one off car for a race, he cannot switch should another car become available for that race.
*Admin reserve the right to deny a car to a driver if they are deemed too quick for it.
