Unfortunately I cannot investigate or make adjustments during a live session so you'll have to just join in the warmup. Sorry. I will post here when the session has ticked over. No problem. Thanks.

Really sorry for Jules, I think I ruined his race with a rejoin. I (unknowingly) picked one of the slowest cars with low expectations of a finish. I surprised myself with a half distance retirement because these cars are super out of my comfort zone. Went for the attrition strategy but there was a corner that just kept catching me out (the right hander before the left-right chicane to start the lap again.)
All in all a good race, and maybe next time I will pick something more competitive.

Grats Giovanni!
Despite not being my first choice because of the car's weight, I found the BRM is a joy to drive with predictable handling, good power and, most importantly, disc brakes.
So P6 was a pleasant surprise for me.

My engine blew 4 laps from the finish and I was taking it fairly easy at that point. 6th place gone up in smoke.

Not really having driven anything in two months and returning from holidays just on thurday, I had to shake off the rust in the first place. Fighting some serious clogged up sinuses with a constant slight headache and watering eyes since friday probably didn't make things much better. I quickly had a setup I was comfortable with, but I knew I was far from the competition's laptimes, but well, goal was to finish the race. But today...
The feeling was actually pretty good, but I couldn't really get the laptimes from the car I had done before, being almost a second off of my pace. The potential was there, and there was probably another half a second in Q, but other people not checking properly for traffic and my own ineptitude handling Woodcote prevented me from doing so.
Start was pretty fine, but others were even better, and the first few corners were pretty hectic, so I got handed back down the field pretty quick, but could settle in 17th in the end. I found a decent rhythm pretty soon, and from there, I had a few battles and was able to pass a few cars, up to 14th, and I was seemingly making up a bit of time to one or two cars ahead. But disaster struck at lap 17, when I missed my deceleration point between Fordwater and St. Mary's and hit the barrier pretty hard. Untill then, I had made no mistake, but that one bent my car pretty badly, and I had three more offs trying to bring the car back to the pits. Two minutes of repairs and having lost two laps, I went back to the track, closed the gap to Matthew, but he would quit before I could really catch him, and then, I had a strange wobble into the left-right before Woodcote, which sent me in the barrier all locked up, even though this time I did not miss my deceleration point (I don't want to speak of a 'braking point', because in these cars, I usually start decelerating by shifting down and often use the brakes just to initiate turn in), but somehow, that ... wobble set up the car in a strange way and threw off its balance. Result was again a massively bent car, so much I spun out of the chicane in second, just barely accelerating. So that was it for me tonight. Time to get my head free again...
...until things went out of control, I enjoyed it, though. That unique blaring growl of the Vanwall is just heavinly music, and Goodwood is one of my favourite tracks. A proper Goodwood TT mod would be a dream come true!

A tough race trying to keep up with the quicker more powerful cars but I enjoyed it.
2 mistakes cost me a podium. Never mind still fun.
Thanks to all that showed up and sorry for the qualifying issues.
See you all at the next one.

My overeagerness bites me in the ass... again!
Wrangling the best laptime i could manage out of the Cooper, gave me 6th starting position...
Lost connection when server switched to warmup and when warmup started, couldn't do any warmup laps due to towback... saying i had to wait 2200 seconds...
Anyways, start was great! Gained a place and then... just completely made fool of myself by not taking into account cold tyres and brakes and fell waaaay back....
Climbed a couple of places untill being overeager again and just completely messed up braking for a corner... and blew the engine whilst trying to get out of the gravel...
*sighs* I completely forgot my own 85% rule...
