The good thing about touring cars is that even if you are off the pace it's all a matter of finding someone in your same speed and go have some wheel banging with him. I found it in Oyvind in this race, was fun . Sorry for the tap at the braking Oyvind , hope you had fun too. See you on the next one!

Well you can try convincing my wife that the rest of the family can have supper without me if you want. But I would not try that, you don't want to know how spanish women deal with insolence

You eat that late? I actually played Garfield and ate Lasagna before (Which fits the colour scheme of my avatar, kinda)

@alberto: Each time you leave before R2, CPW gets no points, you meanie! CPW gets its points from both races, as long as there's 2 cars for at least 1 race. Points for Lakeside have been adjusted.

That was fun, and a sweat! Made a mess of race 1, but compensated on race 2! The new setup that i developed seems to work a treat, and is actually more accurate with reality. I am sorry, i think i squeezed you too much David, but my front tires were going, and the car just understeered, sorry for that Thank you all for showing up!

Some great racing out there last night. Quite pleased with my own driving, very few mistakes but the one I made cost me another podium in heat 2. There was also an incident at the beginning of lap 3, when I got alongside Riddall into turn 1 and then with Parker into turn 2. Both of them ran wide and I was worried it was because I pushed them out. I hope there's no hard feeling about this, but after looking at the replay I don't think I did anything out of the ordinary, I hugged the inside line as much as I could and there was no contact.
Looking forward to the following races! This version of Philipp Island is epic BTW, as good as iRacing's laser-scanned version. Where did you find it?

Nearly got killed twice, how about lifting off earlier when you see I am alongside you? Gonna review the replay before anything else now...

Had a lot of fun, sadly two "contacts" with Juha in both races.
First race completely my mistake - tried a late move against Jacob in Lap 5, but lost the car immediately under braking, touched the grass and spun. Juha had no chance to react and T-boned me, sadly his engine didn't survive the impact. Big sorry for that!
Second race, same corner. After some trouble in the first lap i could avoid any contacts. This time Juha braked a little late and hit poor Dave Miller (who went straight to downtown Melbourne), with that contact he went straight and he ran off track. I saw it in my mirrors, but also had to go on the grass, losing many positions.
Conclusion: My Toyota has been surprisingly fast, two podium finishes would have been possible. Speed in Qualifying was way better, than i expected. Have to work on my starts, but i think there's no chance against the RWD cars.
Physics felt really great on this track, never saw any cars flipping over und tires felt great. Good job!
See You next time.
