Reminds me of NASCAR 98 game on PS1. (Original intro below) Would LOVE to do some 90's NASCAR racing here. Such an awesome time for the sport IMO. Plus so many iconic liveries.

Now if Juha wants to walk 500 miles, fine, wear some good shoes. I prefer to take the train!

It's Quirky time from DJ Wilks.
The unofficial king of the city pop japanese genre of music, here in one of the best live recordings i ever heard. He is one of the various "bubble era" japanese artists that now found a new audience with the "future funk" style of music on the internet. (Warning, looong funk/jazzy bass solo).
And here a future funk remix made by one of the biggest names of the genre online, Night Tempo:

No doubt what or who inspired this band but damn, they do their stuff well in my view...
Talking of No Doubt, here is my favourite of theirs. You may recognise the singer as Gwen Stefani of more recent years...

The first Nascar game i played when i was a kid, it's still one of my favorites! Re-bought the Saturn version for my collection.

Anyone seen Paul Allen? Their early work was a little too new wave for my tastes, but when Sports came out in '83, I think they really came into their own, commercially and artistically. The whole album has a clear, crisp sound, and a new sheen of consummate professionalism that really gives the songs a big boost. He's been compared to Elvis Costello, but I think Huey has a far more bitter, cynical sense of humor. HEY PAAAAUUUUL!
