Went to see The Stranglers yesterday in a nearby city. It was great to see them live, even if only JJ remains out of the original lineup. Baz’s voice was sounding similar to Hugh Cornwell’s at times so it wasn’t distracting.
(Sounded better in real life but this is the only one currently on YouTube)

No race this week, but I gather most of us are testing at Spa so here's musical oddity about Belgians, "Potverdekke, it's great to be a Belgian!", a hit in the 1998 Belgian charts by British singer Mister John. I don't know if he had the ISO admin team in mind when singing he's not English, Spanish, Portuguese, German or Swedish. It has its own Wikipedia page:

And you could probably see this one coming, with this week's race taking place in Belgium.

Spoke of Live Halestorm earlier. Thia was the first time they played the song live.

We're racing in the state of Wisconsin tonight, which gives plenty of possibilities for songs. Hadn't heard this one before though.

An airfield again track this week, so here's another song about flying released by Belgian band Machiavel in 1980.

We're racing at Nazareth this week, which makes the musical choice fairly easy.

I was hesitant to attend Editor's performance at a Belgian festival in August, and finally decided against it, but after the concert they announced they'd be back in October. This time, I did get a ticket, and it was excellent.

Best version IMHO, much better live than in studio:

I completely forgot about that one.
Much more suitable choice than mine!
Here's more work from Mark Knopfler, solo this time:

After 3 months of waiting for their new album, because the shop wouldn't come to terms, I finally received Archive's new album
