Before I get on the Motown spree, sumthin' completely different...
Celebrating the 30th anniversery of the release of David Bowie's 'Black Tie, White Noise' album. Even though I made a notice in my agenda, I'm 1 1/2 weeks late... 
In retrospect, not his greatest album, even though it doesn't really have a bad song as such. It's a mixture of great ideas, masterful experimenting with jazz, contempary trends in music and even gospel and interesting collaborations, it's just not very cohesive, there's no theme bonding these great songs together.
But why do I dedicate a post with three whole songs to a so-so album? Because that was the very first CD I ever bought! I had about two dozens or so of album on cassette tapes, but this one was the starting point of a collection of something between 150 and 200 more CD albums!
