If anyone feel that they are struggling I'll be happy to help them out. I've got some base sets for most of the cars and I'd happily talk anyone round a lap or two if that's where the trouble seem to be located. Either way, feel free to ask for help if there is a wish for it I'll need to borrow some Tintop talent if you have any to spare

To be noted, for anyone that's discouraged by the lap time I put up, it was an all out lap on low fuel so not representative of a general race lap.

I now don't see what's so appealing about the Audi A4 Quattro. I'd love some setup help with it because as far as I see it, it's a dog of a car. Too heavy, no power, aero lift at high speeds, I can't get that damn thing to work properly. I'm about four seconds off the pace, which is about the opposite of where I wanted to be, so if someone can help me out, i'd greatly appreciate it.

Well Wilks still wants it I think, so see if there is something else you prefer. The important thing in this long race is not so much pace at the limit but regular pace so the Audi might still be competitive.

I'd like to switch to the #16 BMW 318i
Just did a couple laps without real setup work and it feels miles better than the A4 Quattro. I'm sure Wilks knows better than myself how to make the Quattro work, so if he wants it, it's free now.

Could I drive the #14 Hyundai in this please?

You can, but it's not a very competitive car (it lacks power) so you may want to drive the Carina or the remaining Mondeo instead. Or a BMW.

To spin on Juha's comment about the cars, the Ford would be a more competitive car, the Carina and Hyundai is about equal on pace. If you want any help to get the car faster and you run out of ideas Oscar, I drive it in the ASTC championship, feel free to ask

I'll stick with the Hyundai as a challenge never hurt anyone. Saying that, Jonatan, if you have any setup head starts for the Hyundai or advice on quirks of the cars I'd appreciate that greatly.

After giving the Vectra a go, I would really like to use it, because I seem to be less slow with it

Hi all, I'm back to simracing again after sorting my life balance a bit Since I really like the long single races you will see me more often asking for rides in the Lukáš Vydra Trophy. I'd like to solo the #30, #15 nif that fails.

I had to soften the suspension, and i have to brake before the right hand kink to make sure i stop.
I'll send you my setup tomorrow.

If your losing the rear, the rear brakes are probably locking, so brake before the kink and more gently.
Try lowering your brake pressure and bias forward.

Glad you like, we had a great base, but we decided to give it a '97 look. All thanks to Mr Sabre, ISO's own modelling genius!

As a result of the poll, we will be starting the race one hour earlier. The first post has been updated with the new session times.
Thanks for all that voted.
