PIT LANE EXIT PROCEDURE
When exiting the pit lane, drivers must keep all four wheels on the apron until the exit of turn two, at which point they can blend into race traffic. Failure to follow this procedure during the race could result in a post-race penalty!
Could someone clarify, just to make this black and white as possible Is it ok to put outside wheels on the line of apron? but not over it? Or do we not touch the line at all? It's very easy to go over the the line between 1 and 2 when impatiently getting up to speed, so it's worth knowing the risk At some point around turn 2 we have no choice... Tanks

Cars at race speed will already be trying to put two or four wheels in the apron and that is dangerous enough when other cars exit the pits, let alone if the exiting cars go over the line. No, you can maybe put your right tires on the line, but nothing more, you should stay at all times with the full car inside the apron.
In the real race they were not allowed to go down there with four wheels as we do, but we can't be policing that all the time, and if I set it to be a short cutting so the game auto-polices that, you would get a penalty when exiting the pits. So we have to trust our driver's judgement and ensure the exiting car does nothing stupid.

Still a few questions
How you can save enough fuel without yellows? Where the revs are going to be critical for the engine? I´ve not adjusted my 4th gear yet for the race.

Either setup or driving style or both. Rear wing around 15 is the main way of getting the mileage, coupled with decently long gear ratios. You can use 4th to save and a very close 3rd to race. Remember to use your rear antiroll bar during the stint, soften it as you use fuel a the car will become more oversteery. As for driving, instead of staying full throttle into the turn and touch brakes at apex, roll off the throttle earlier and let it lose speed when turning, then also be sure not to floor it in the chutes, you usually just get excess speed and have to brake/lift too much for exiting turns 2 and 4, just use 80% throttle until you are clear of T2 and 4 and then floor it for the straight.

Was doing a shorter first stint so stopping on lap 20, went in the pits no pit box, tried again next 2 laps same so had to park as couldn't get around again.
Thanks for organising ISO and good luck to everyone still racing.
