That is why i asked a while ago for a video editor to create a video promo showing a copy right by the modders who created this, refering to Spa 1958 and his incredible mod for Gabrielle, IM not blaming anybody here ! ofcourse a rf2 conversion with all the credits who involved like we always did in the gentlemen modding era -2005-2010 but soon it will be for sale on asetto you bet! times changed so radpidly. by seeing a promo video by many people would give evidence WE , and i speak for many people who did modding work in there spare times so the judge can make up her/his mind who is bashing and grab money of many people backs who created realistic content for all fanatics amongst us that said.. gentlemen are very rare these days. I'm very curious what a American judge think about this.. It wouldn't matter whether there's video or not, SimDream obviously are not afraid of abusing the YouTube copyright system in order to take down videos showcasing original work (see OP).
Next, an American Judge probably wouldn't be able to think a whole lot about this, given that the apparent owner of Sim Dream seems to be located in Russia, where copyright and trademark laws are way different than in the Western World.
Also, here's proof of the location claim: twitter.com/simdreamdev - every tweet they post is shared through YouTube's share feature, featuring the term "с помощью", which translated through Google means "through" Example:

Well, it looks like F1Classic is moving to their own web page. On one hand sad, since it's yet another domain change, but they seem to finally be independent. I hope that'll be the last of the drama of F1Classic v. SimDream.

Yeah, I had personally pitched that idea to Washington96 and Clif, with a broader spectrum of making a wholesale backup of the forum in order to not lose everything. Problem was that the backup isn't feasible because of Forumotion not really complying with their customers' requests. Now F1Classic is on a phBB platform hosted independently, thus SimDream shouldn't have any voice in policing the content on the forum anymore, directly or indirectly. If anyone of you wills to, help us restocking the forum with the content it once had: the more we are in doing this, the better and faster it will be

They filed a copyright claim against a channel when he released a video calling them out for their bullshit, even though the actual video showed footage of AMS2 stock content. If anyone isn't aware, please please please don't buy anything from these thieves (SimDream).
