I knew the race would be tough a only few would finish and I hoped to be one of them. I'm not having many chances to race so I try to enjoy the maximum I can.
Qualify? I was so afraid of the 1st chicane that I didn't want to be in the pack and end the fun too early.
Race The start was good, not too aggressive just waiting to capitalize with OPP and bubbles these cars are merciless with cold tires. The pace was good but to be honest I didn't have the b***s to push beyond gambling with death limit. It was impressive how hard it was to overtake!! I had to sweat my mustache to go by all the cars, and it was quite a workout and a lot of fun.
I was hoping Jundt would have to do a second stop that didn't happen so it was a very quiet race. Another point for Larrousse!!
Thank you guys! These cars test any driver's limits. Strategy, racecraft, concentration and courage. Can't wait for F1 1986!

I think you and all our drivers will be amazed at depth and intensity of racing the 1986 cars. If there was ever an era that felt like juggling a dozen balls in the air, it is this one. You will have to pace yourself for fuel but unlike the 91 cars, you have a boost knob you can play with and many combinations, you have to take care of the tires (Not as in 91 by any means but if you abuse them for a long enough period you will need two cool down laps until they regain all the grip they can have) and you will have to keep in mind what the rest of people around you are doing. It's absolutely mind boggling, if any of you has a friend that loves to play F1 manager or race engineer, have him watch the race and help you on TS because the races are going to be intensive as hell. It feels like endurance sportscars racing with the fast-forward button pushed all the time

Never experienced a mod like it.

Well one day I still hope we will re-do the USAC 73 season but in AMS with proper turbo lag and with Wilk's fine physics. Same power as the F1s of 86 but half the downforce and not anywhere as much tire grip ... how about leaving long black marks on the track in the top gear at 150 MPH?

Ohh, I see! I didn't have a chance to watch the replay. In my mind you had a small moment or spin. It was a great race from you. People say that car isn't easy.

as a spectator i really enjoyed, especially my 2 favorite riders, Brain Janik and my Arditi friend Gabrielle Del Picolo, haha. next year dude!
great performance from mr Miller, great guy! still so much passion in this mod I want to say that mr wilks has brought a great experience in AMS and who knows an evolution in the future. hehehe
great commentary, even nervous to watch the start, that promises something next year! because guys, then I will appear at the start behind a 6-speed gearbox and a leather steering wheel!

Yes but I mean what was the Arditi team that Remmen, Del Piccolo and Rosetti took part in, I guess in simracing.

haha it's typically me I'll tell you Battefield 1 came out in 2016, I was immediately hooked and still play it now, a shooter that sucks you in WW1 and also teaches you exactly the magic that I also want in my project 91. In one of the single campaigns you play as an Italian elite that is part of the Arditi. during 2017 when gab and rosetti competed as teammates during the championship i jokingly called gab the arditi team driver, i love his driving style and fight spirit just like the ARDITI! who dares wins!

First chicane was indeed tricky, car very rigid and didn't like the kerbs. But I didn't play around with the setup that I had, I didn't want to mess up anything(because I often do that). Your car seemed more suited to this track and probably handled like a go cart The second stop was more of a safety stop, I could've pitted sooner I guess. But I didn't want to risk trading in the gap when the car was still going well.
