Just a note to all. We aren't allowing extra people onto the server, The only people are allowed are Richard Wilks and Alberto Ibanez, who are there to spot graphical and mod errors.

The server says 12 laps for qualifying, is that correct? I've already done 10 laps on D tyres not qual tyres.

Also just to add, since AMS is designed around a 32bit game engine where as modern games are based on a 64bit engine (Like rF2 where we got the models from), with a full grid the game can throw out warning messages for some, for others their games may just crash, it all depends on your PC specs. To test this, load a full grid offline (26 opponents, 2nd tick in opponents filter is Rio grid) and see what happens. It may be the case where you have to run opponents on high settings (One below full) so your game doesn't crash. PLEASE TRY THIS BEFORE THE RACE ON SUNDAY. We won't be doing endless restarts because people haven't tested it and then suddenly their game crashes. You have all being warned. I followed this advice and my game is running fine

I got DQ because of exceeding the number of laps. I supposed the laps are unlimited. Or?

We changed it because of the tyre issue. You could see in the game the number of laps was limited.

OK then. So are you able to cancel this DQ? Thanks in advance.

Had a great start and race. Did a 360* spin and stalled it. Forgot to turn on auto clutch.

I stayed at first corner. I even start well, but I needed brake to avoid hit my teammate and someone hit me by behind and I lost my front wheel. I still collected a Ligier too... By anyway I apologize to Tim. Ok. Shit happens, but this test was awesome! Let's wait the Season Open (I hope that the Ferrari inviting )

Made it slightly past 1/3 race distance before I got elbowed off the road on the backstretch. Still, though, was fun while it lasted. Made a couple mistakes in the first five laps that meant I had the pleasure of actually passing some cars early on while working my way back to the midfield. I then settled into a steady rhythm, planning a one-stop and to pick up the pieces when others fell off or burned up their engines. Alas, Bravo to the admins on another thoroughly engaging and technically detailed carset. I'm not planning to run a full season of F1 next year but this is certainly a good enough taste that I'll try for a couple one-offs throughout the season.

I don't know what happened there at T1 and I don't want to know it The only things I would have liked to know is: How my pace would be in the race and if I would have saved enough fuel It would be nice to complete a full test race before the season but yeah....

Think I got the full Osella experience in this one, Pushing the car like mad and still being several seconds of the pace right up until the engine blew itself to pieces. I'm surprised it lasted as long as it did actually, I missed several shifts and it was sitting around 116'c-118'c on the oil temp for most of the race. Absolutely loved the experience though, the car was really nice to drive and with no (self imposed) pressure on the whole thing was really enjoyable Looking forward to the start of the season proper, I'm sure it'll be great whatever car I find myself in. Also I know it's been said a lot already but thanks to the team for putting the mod together, there aren't enough superlative's to do it justice

Guys. Its a lot of fun to drive it! Also have to say that the default setup is well balanced the car flown throuh the corners. I did only small changes. Unfortunatelly the engine didn't resist my untoleranted hard shifting. But its my first race with right foot heel and toe breaking technique so im satisfied.:-)

a steady race pace to get in possible p6 wings 9-9
first laps i was lucky to survive to not crash into a Brabham blocking the track
After half of the fuel burns of i could not control the car any longer all related to my equipment also related to this I'm abuse the tires way to much! i had Hard tires all 4 but were destroyed after 20 laps! -------------- @richard wilks Hards should hold a full race like in real life , or are they still too soft cannot believe to destroy them after 20 laps despite not using a wheel yet! ? many used hards i saw so im curious i know there is alot more potential to sqeeze out of these using proper equipment so i cannot say much despite my concern of the tires compounds its going to be awesome.
------------------- Now i can finaly say a farewell, because this was the last time i was using a gamepad in competition! and also the reason I wander into her right with full boost to overtake Dana out of track which I'm very sorry for, I'm more gentle to a woman normaly and realy hate what happend there , so sorry

A couple nights ago I briefly tested a few cars from this mod, but I haven't raced this track a lot so jumping into the Ligier today basically last minute was quite intense, even in the relaxed atmosphere of a test. I noted early that even having enough fuel to last the race was going to be problematic for me. Though, I didn't fully understand the boost pressure between garage/car at the time, so I probably contributed to the issue. I ran as low as possible inside the car, but in the garage had it a few clicks up, IIRC. Heat was fine and not an issue. I may have had a few rather hard missed shifts that I physically cringed at when they happened Locked up the fronts and went off just before lap 9. Hit the wall nose first, not super hard but enough to take off the front wing (it wasn't a gentle hit either...hehe) Pitted...301 seconds repairs. Came out and settled in...tried not to run the car super hard, but I was probably a bit rough on it I guess. Eventually, started onto the back stretch, powered on and engine went boom and it was over (maybe lap 37/38)...I guess running those 3-4 laps prior to the engine failure at quite high boost wasn't such a good idea, but I was having fun.. The car was fantastic to drive and I'll echo others in saying a HUGE thanks to everyone that has worked on this. Really outstanding quality here. I'll definitely be around trying to snag a car for 2021, no doubt about that
