They indeed relate to that rule. With all cars taken in Group C, and someone taking an interest in the 930’s of which plenty are available, we decided to accept the request.

I wonder if it's possible for me to continue racing with the M1 with #111?
I liked it alot when i drove at the Nurburgring.

Filippo has that car as a full time entry, but there will be M1's available as one offs for the remaining races.

CAR SELECTION"Fast drivers and drivers of unknown performance are allowed in Group C only." The last two posts are related to this rule? Has it been, or is it being interpreted correctly or as expected? Asking only as a way of clarification through observation OK I'm back at my PC and can now elaborate more. Your question is very legit Brian, and indeed we need to add some clarification here. When we planned this series we wanted to give slower people -who usually don't have a chance of podiums or scoring- a custom tailored class with less demanding cars, shorter races (due to being lapped) and closer competition. As it turned out, people we expected to join the B class apparently prefer to lap 5 seconds slower than the rest at the back of the Group C and find those cars easier to drive , but hey, to each his own and we do this for fun after all so we respect it. It's just that it surprised us . Then on top of that we underestimated how quick Cesariusz has become and allowed him again as in last year to pick an M1. The end result of this all was a filled group C with some quick drivers getting no car and the B class becoming a one man show, hence when new people started asking for cars we decided to allow them in, as it was too harsh to have them sit the race out just because we miscalculated on some things. Anyway, at this point the initial rule makes no longer any sense and I have amended it, limiting it to the usual "too quick for that car" one. So if you want to pick a 930 and gain preference for the moment a 956 becomes available, you are welcomed. Hope that made sense and answered your questions.

All currently free cars are available on first come first serve basis.

I'm going to have to free up the Lola With some changes at work I'm back on a shift pattern and after looking ahead at the rota, the only DRM race I can do now is Imola, so no sense in keeping hold of the car when someone else can make something of it. I do look forward to picking up a one off drive when I can though, in whatever form that may me

I am withdrawing from this series; summer commitments are requiring more of my time, plus I feel it is best to focus my efforts on the USAC series.
