You can't use more than 302 liters of fuel total in the race to finish it. That means that yes, because we can't limit how much fuel you put in the car in the pitstops, you might end the race with those 40 liters in the tank, and only have used 300 to finish the race, and that would be legal. But then you are just hampering yourself, and complicating your maths. Correct. In real life you had a sealed refuelling tank at the pits with just 302 liters so it would not matter much, you just added fuel until it was empty. But here you can keep adding fuel, and indeed the yellows might make you do an extra stop and complicate calculations a bit, which is why we rounded everything up (fuel allowed, fuel use of the engines) to match exactly full tank capacity. This simplifies things because what you need to do is just add whatever amount you had left every time you pit. So for example: - If you pit with 12 liters left, you could do a second pitstop for those 12 liters or put whatever you want but only use 12 liters. - If you pitted one time with 12 liters left and another one during a yellow with 53 liters left, you can still pit a third time for 65 liters (12+53) or put more but use only 65 after your 3rd pitstop. In any case, with the tires being much harder this year you should be good to go with a single pit stop for them, and it won't have to be mid race, they can likely last a bit longer. Hope that made sense.

The cars only hold 151 Liters of Fuel so 2 full tanks is the 302 Liter limit. I don't understand why there's confusion about this.......

Can I get a seat at all I'm not sure what is available but I want to try take part I enjoyed the last race last season was really fun part from missing the grid up and the blown engine still scratching my head at that ran the engine in low revs to limit this must have over revved on the down shift but I'm ready to race if a car is available

I'm pretty gutted I've missed out on a seat for the F1 and this tbh not a fan of the Porsche and but skeptical of the Jag but I can run in tho till a seat comes free then I'd be happy to give my seat up in the other series
