I have got the same desktop error than the other day, Can I join the qualy,please? If you haven't allready, try running an integrity check by: 1. Right click on AMS in Steam and go to Properties. 2. Go to Local Files (should be among the tabs on the left side of the screen. 3. Click "Verify integrity of Game Files". If you've allready done that, make sure you've restarted steam so that steam has been updated, it has been known to cause issues if steam isn't up to date. |

Well thats a new one for me. The car not being repaired after a crash. When AMS said it was repaired it came out of the garage without a front wing, it did this twice.  |

If Steam update doesn't solve it you may need to manually remove and install the C++ Runtime files. Jonatan I did the steam check, there were 4 files missing, but now automobilista does not load  |

Then run the integrity/restart steam again, only do one at a time though, so if you integritycheck, then start the game before re-starting steam.
Also, did Steam install the files before you tried to start AMS again?

The image of automobilista loads and then black screen, and then dissapears Sorry guys but I think it is going to be impossible. Thanks Jonatan  I did it again following your steps and no luck. Thank you for waiting and restarting the session- despite switching to LAN cable got some problems joining the race. Thankfully, after succesful start my connection was solid as a rock. The other story was the Zakspeed engine- gave up the ghost at lap 41. I'm wondering if the boost setting above 2.00 is too much for the race distance... Anyone wants to sell V6T ?  Sadly my teammate Mike also dropped out, but well, at least we are faithful to the historical results  |

Terrible problems in qualifying, lag and then after an off the team wouldn't put the front wing back on the car.  I started from 20th and after a good couple of laps I was up to about 12th, then I got up to 10th and was hanging on in there. A spin and a run wide here and there but I got back to 10th which seemed about my pace. With 15 laps to go the engine blew and spun me off into the gravel, race over. I didn't think that I over revved the engine that much just a few missed shifts. |

My car went for a Apollo 13 mission at the bump before Rivazza when I tried to catch Juha (which never happened to me in the race trim before) I had to pit for 3 minutes to get everything repaired and this was basically the end of my race

Chassis handled well, just no speed at the lower boost settings which really affected lap times. Happy to finish 12th though, good race.  |

I got a good pace at Qualy and, althoutgh the bad start I could follow McLaren and Arrows in first laps...until I lost my front wing and lost 2 laps behind the leader... At 18th lap, at Piratela bend, my car spun and I hit the wall. DNF.  Hoping better luck at Monaco! |

Dreadful laptimes overall.. couldn't match my teammate at all... qualified 18th
I just rolled with it... started off with low boost and slowly increasing it when the race progressed whilst keeping an eye on the fuel consumption...
Not too many fights... but some increase in boost allowed me to pass at Tamburello or going into Tosa most of the time...
Kept it together (most of the time)...
Missed some shifts when one of toes on my right foot started to cramp up...
Anyways... ended up finishing 9th...

Although I finished 18th I am happy to finally complete the race. Unfortunately a crash with 15 laps to go made me stay 5 minutes fixing the car.

The results on LiveRacers displayed David Jaques winning, me second and Dave Miller Third. The correct results have been uploaded now.
I'd have love to finish second, but I only managed sixth.  |
