One of the byzantine rules of Indy comes into play here. Michael can't start the race, but the Sugai Fox is still qualified for the 33 car field. Someone other than the drivers who took part in Time Trials can claim the car and start 33rd. REMEMBER -- Series rules prohibit one-off drivers from switching to another car once it becomes available.

Freddy warned you guys to step up yer game, or that yellow brick would be your nightmare! Michael, since you got us into this conundrum, can you think of anyone who would like to drive the Sugai in your place?

Going through the list of those who had USAC starts this year, in alphabetical order:
Angel May if she is interested in the race Alan Santo, who initially wanted to participate, but withdrew because he didn't feel well.
Ryan Walker, if his schedule allows.

Ryan Walker, if his schedule allows. Santo would be forfeiting his full-time drive if he took the Sugai. Angel May is a possibility, since she has a shared drive and we are willing to be flexible there. I don't believe Ryan is available.

Ah, okay, I'm not that savvy on the rules. Else, I don't see a possible candidate, unless someone else I haven't had on my rader suddenly jumps out of the shrubs

Unfortunately I only have one Pc set up for sim racing, (no chance of getting one ready for this weekend either) plus some other practical issues, so as much as she'd like to Angel May will not be able to run. Thanks for thinking of us though

got long gears, any lower on the wings the car flips over will just have to coast a quarter of the race

got long gears, any lower on the wings the car flips over will just have to coast a quarter of the race Keep in mind that when you are in traffic you will naturally drive a little more reserved into corners, so that will save a bit of fuel too.

Freddy warned you guys to step up yer game, or that yellow brick would be your nightmare! I thought the Rascar was even worse, but maybe it was missing the Foyt-HP. I feel rather stupid and embarrassed to say this, but I'll have to give this race a miss in the end. I made a blunder and this will actually conflict with another event when I thought I could take part in both due to time zones. But as I can't, I'll have to give up my place in the race Btw: Is that normal or are the fuel pressure gauges in the #30 just spinning around weirdly when they shouldn't?

Racing. could be tight on fuel lol,did full tank run lowest boost and got 22 laps,so 7 tank fulls = 154 laps ...and drafting doesnt do anything anymore either I may sit in the pits for a couple dozen laps, just a thought racing, half throttle, but racing

Given David Jundt's withdrawal, if no one claims his car by race day, this will in all likelihood allow Filippo Marazzi to start.
