I enjoyed my first race here, maybe the Osella wasn't the ideal starting choice for a high speed track like this one, but it got the heart rate up nonetheless. Blue flagging is a bit of a nightmare here so sorry to anyone who got caught out by me. Hope to see you all soon again on track.

Not really happy with my Q, wrong setup for the 1st run, bottled the 2nd run, my 3rd run was decent but not really good and I missed a gear in my 4th run. I lost the car at lap 10, results were a pitstop and a messy car in s3 Decided to continue and went from P17 to P6 A point that I didn't expect at all, especially after my crash

It was a strong weekend for Minardi, as possible. I cleaned the Qualy lap I expected 1:49 but I took 1:48 althought take the kerbs at Stadium sector and I would be 0.5 seconds faster. But I was happy to challenging Lola and Arrows at equal performing. But at race I took care more car with tires and fuel, I choosed non pit-stop strategy and I got, but some faster cars with fresh tires passed me at final laps, but this 11th was a Good Result. My last valid finish was Detroit and I saw the checkered for the last time at Spa. Thks to G Riddall to allow me run another lap, but I became no fuel, and I ran at 6th gear with low and low REVS to complete. I became affraid because some drivers who finished to celebrate did zeros spinning and crashing and I trying too slow pushing my car with no gas at finish line Let's go to East!

Well i was maybe expecting a bit more than that. The car was ok with new tires, but not so great once they wore out, specially the first set that were super softs. Apart from that, never had much of pace. I was quick on the stadium, but i reckon that wasn't enough to offset whenever else i was losing time. In the end a big mistake and a few small ones, and that was all i could muster. Congrats to all the finishers

Didn’t expect that result.
First off - Dave, that was your race and you showed everyone your pace. Was gutting to see you retire. I had absolutely no answer to you today!
After the start I managed the pace and fuel and was happy with second. Loneliest race I’ve done her at ISO. Kept the rhythm and found myself in first so eased off a tad engine wise. Carried it on until the finish. Very surprised but also very satisfied, having one of the heaviest cars with a lot of drag I worked a lot on setup to make it as streamlined as possible. Managed to eek out another 4mph down the straight with a few tweaks. Didn’t expect a podium tbh but tonight things just fell into my lap with how it all panned out so I’ll take it and run!
Thank you for the broadcast, well done to Jaques and also Janik... that was some drive!

Good and fun race while it lasted.
I would've liked to have run the entire distance but it is ridiculously hot today (36C) and I have no AC.

Couldnt find the time I'd hoped in Quali and overdrove on each attempt a little worse than last, still geeked to start top in 10 Race pace was much better, as the Brabham finally felt happy to be driven! Had a good dice with Sabre early on, who again had strong Sunday speed, and a recovering Coxon. Also sparred w/Anders for a while in the other Ferrari, good stuff. Picked up a couple more places due to others misfortune, but also amazed to be gaining on the cars ahead due to fuel? tires? hole in the space time continuum? didnt care how, it was happening! Small hiccup for Wilks and up to 3rd... Mega Chuffed to put the #8 Flounder on the podium! Almost feels like a win Congrats Grant and Jaques AND Jason Whited! Didn't know it was possible to get an AGS to the end of a race, especially this motor buster track. Good run!!

Qualifying was about where expected to be, 12th. If I had done my fastest time from the week of practice I would have only been one place higher up.
We had to run low wings for the race to be able to get the required fuel usage but that made the car fast on the straights and thats where you overtake around here. My race start was good and the straight line speed to the 1st chicane allowed me to overtake a few cars. I know that the cars behind were going to be faster than me but the straight line speed might help to keep them behind. A couple of missed gears let some cars by and then a little spin at the 1st chicane let more by. After that I was running on my own keeping to the fuel pace but then I got the second chicane wrong (I hate that chicane) and lost a front wheel, race over.
Well done Grant, David and Brian.
Thanks for the broadcast, I got to watch it again after an early retirement, I need to break this habit.

AND Jason Whited! Didn't know it was possible to get an AGS to the end of a race, especially this motor buster track. Good run!! I didn't either Only managed to get my first practice sessions in on Saturday, but I'd looked over the car in car stat earlier in the week and was mentally preparing myself for the blow up that looked to be inevitable. Really have to give all the credit to Vadim. I was struggling a bit to set the car up, even though it was surprisingly stable and easier to maintain than some of the other completely out of balance turds I've driven...lol...he sent me a couple setups and the approach was completely different to my own. So much so that initially I did a few laps on it and then tossed it aside, thinking it was not for me. But yesterday morning I picked it back up, changed a few small things, and dug in for the long haul. I knew that to make the race I'd need to be nearly perfect with my shifts. Also hyper aware of the revs as I moved through the gears. At first it was working, but then my wheel decided it wanted to press buttons without my say...so I was having some phantom button presses that, a few times, caused me to miss shifts and over rev the engine. Every single time it happened I gritted my teeth thinking THAT was the one to do the engine in. Must have had 8-10 pretty hard missed shifts..by the last laps I was terrified it was going to let go before the finish. On top of that I had both Brunos squarely up my rear and was having to push more than I wanted to to stay inside the top 10. I was also getting very close to an empty tank, so that wasn't helping either. But the car was glorious. Not fast, but super stable, easy to drive...just a real joy to haul it around. So big thanks Vadim! Congrats to Grant on a nice win. Also to the podium and all that managed to finish what was a pretty tough race. Watched some of the broadcast this morning. Great job from the commentary team, per usual. Thanks for that as well! Really brings these races to life having them preserved in this way. Look forward to keeping eyes peeled for another one off at some point. And see you guys next time.

Thanks ISO. Good broadcast - unlucky replays were off. Will post a meme video of my adventure soon. Preparation was mega fun as always. Lenghty but fun. Come Qualy: I ll try to be polite but emphatic... WHATS SO HARD ABOUT BEING THERE IN THE FIRST 15 MINUTES OF QUALY? WHATS SO HARD ABOUT USING THE MAP AND YOUR REARVIEW MIRRORS? COMPUTER PROBLEMS FIXED BY SUNDAY? Everyone gets four tries, we all have unforseen problems sometimes - I get that. But getting two tries ruined by induced lag and/or completly unaware ppl., 3rd try a near crash - somebody again unaware. That leaves me with one try. Thats a lack of respect and common courtesy. This not only happenend to me but others too. Make what you want out of it - I will too in the future. Race: First start - red flag - lucky for me - I was still pissed about Q and not focused. Second start - the usual - all fair and square. P5 behind Wilks. Had to burn 4.44 to make the pace in the first quarter of the race. Campaign for more maybe (just maybe) after the pitstops. Come lap 18(?) and Wilks had an off in the last corner. He caught it well but I was allready avoiding. Since you are slightly power oversteering out of the last turn its easy to overdo it. And I did. Pitwall welcomed me. Wing gone, left side damaged completly. Since I was halfway in the pits allrdy I just went in to save some time. The game thought otherwise. I got the large arrow marking my pitstall...but I wouldnt be registered as "in the pits". Took me more then a minute to accept this. One extra lap in a crippled car. 40 seconds repair. I didn't give a fuck about the cars health at that point. One lap down I did a 37.4 with 110 liters onboard. That is very...very quick. Went from P14 to P7. In that time I had one brief black TV screen for no aparent reason which send me into a spin. I guess my TV just tried to add his share of fun? Out of the points on lap 43 my engine went poof. First time this year - deserved (allthough not as deserved as Detroit would ve been ;-) ). Perfect ending for this whole sunday really... Sad for Miller not getting his win. The FW11 had Hockenheim written all over itself. Glad for your real life opp. though! Happy for the top 3, Brian specially since his spaceship wasn't a treat to drive so far. The other two guys SUCK...hahahahaha. On to Hungary. Chaaaaaaarge!

If you genuinely think people we're being a menace, unaware or just dangerous. Send in a protest. But If they were on a fast lap that is a different matter all together.

I haven't complained yet, but I certainly agree its most annoying if people join late during qualifying. It didn't make a difference here, I fumbled on my own this time, but it affected me at Brands, were 3 or 4 people joined on the second half of my last lap, which was promising until then.

I don't know if I'm responsible for disturbing you guys but I work on Sundays and because qlf starts earlier due to summer time in Europe, I can only log in at the end of the session.

Its alright Luciano, we all have our commitments, and its ok that you join whenever you can, you don't disturb. The Admin group of ISO is tolerant with this, and people can join whenever they can, as long as they dont keep leaving and rejoining again during the session.
