When I am looking at round #3, I guess we're not racing at the period correct layout of the Meadowlands GP and we are racing at the post '87 version(from 1988 to 1991)?

Yes we will be using the short one we created for 1988. We have several revamped/new tracks on the plate and it was simply impossible to do it all in time. To compensate, we will be racing f.e. a full new Long Beach, created from scratch and in high detail.

Also I wanted to note that Portland has a bit too many laps listed there.

I can't quite tell which one is more demanding, but the pre '88 layout seems a bit more technical, including the drop down to that chicane  :
