Since the game only lets you have a new set when the current set are used you must do this to access the 4 sets:
Select set 1
Go to track
Esc
Select set 2
Go to track
Esc
Select set 3
Go to track
Esc
Select set 4
Go to track
Esc.
In which session should this be done, Practice, qualifying, warm up or heading to the start?

Mike Olson can still race still rave the car should he confirm his presence before anyone asks for the car.

Apologies for only noticing this, this late. However, I have no option to change sets of tires. My Pit menu and my setup menu just has "Road Course" as the available compound and nowhere is their an option for Set 1, 2, etc. I've gone out on track as well and then come back and there's still nothing...

being an AMS1 noobie myself I also noticed that Jason. My hopes and thoughts are that once the server is rolled to Q we will be able to see these "sets" and do the above mentioned procedure  |

Don't worry guys, that is normal. The server is currently set to unlimited tires, so every time you go to track you have a new set on automatically (As was always in rfactor f.e.). Once we launch the server for the race with limited tires you will get the option in the menu. You can also check and practice it offline if you set limited tires in the options when launching a single race.
