something not quite right with the server.....cancelled my time every lap and got cut track warning on last corner.....(all my tires were 100% on track) Also. all the previous times on Live Racers have vanished.

Maybe you need to redownload the track, a file was missing and it was added later. See 2nd post. |

I am declared as having been off track, just before the pit lane...I downloaded the new file!!

2 of my 3 timed laps so far had been deleted, 1 offline, where I was clearly on track, just as in Monaco, 1 online, but there, I had been really on the grass.

Hi guys,
I downloaded the track file ( in the nurb71 folder), unpacked it in the Locations file, but the track doesn't load. Am i doing something wrong?
I get the loading screen, but is seems to freeze.

You will need the commonmaps3 file too. You can find it in the same location on the FTP. Just drop it in your Location folder.

Did you install all of the contents of the fils in the Nurburgring 71 file?
If you could run in windowed mode, you will then get an error message that pops up when the freeze occurs. That way we can help diagnose what may be going wrong.

Something must not of installed correctly then.
Try deleting the folder from the Locations (The whole Nurburgring71folder) and then install/extract the whole contents of the "AMS Nurbrugring71" again in the Locations folder.

Yeah, tried that multiple times. Doesn't work. I have some other versions of the same track from the AMSU season installed, maybe something is conflicting there?

Probably is yes. Try deleting those. IIRC they used an old version of our track so yes it could be causing issues. If not, one of the other admin will have to help you as i'm all out of ideas.  |

Tried that, still same message. Tried the other variants (71, 73) in the pack, they don't load either. For 71 it says the 71mesh file doesn't work  |

..........anyway.....redownloaded it the day after post 2, and worked fine since.....As there are multiple posts since mine, I will stick to one potato two potato for now.....  Maybe if Juha would direct is tyranny as much to the back room..... (I am jokin btw.....dont ban me yet,,,,) mmm mmm. |

I'd make sure you have no conflicting files, so search anything that says nurburgring in the game folders and delete it. Then install again.

do not send the "AMS Nurburgring 71" folder to the game.... send only the "Nurburgring71" folder

Just the Nords files Just to make sure Rob, when you download via Filezilla our track you get a AMS Nurburgring71.7z file. Inside that file is a folder called " AMS Nurburgring71" and inside that folder is another folder called " Nurburgring71" You need to drop into GameData/Locations the second one, i.e. " Nurburgring71" DO NOT drop directly into GameData/Locations both folders. Only the one inside. |
