I don't know what happened. There was a big one in T2, I cleared it already but somehow hit Jaques rear end and damage my suspension. I didn't know it was damaged til I tried to steer into the pitlane. This one was a great one. The car was incredible.

I'm so, so sorry for the early spin and that I collected others. I'm very embarrassed, especially after all the work I put in. Please forgive me guys

I didn't know it was damaged til I tried to steer into the pitlane. This one was a great one. The car was incredible. I was involved in that one, couldn't avoid a spinning car ahead. I got my car back to the pits, but missing a wheel, and driving on 3 isn't allowed so I retired myself.

My first oval race, I think I can get behind this despite the DNF . Next time I have to take more care of the engine, must have run the temps too high when following other cars or used too much overboost for lapping and overtaking. I'm sure the car will be repaired in time for Kayo to run the next round Many thanks to Galles Racing regular Jason White for sharing a setup! This really helped seeing how I did not even understand how to find a roughly appropriate downforce setting for ovals in the beginning.

The car felt great after a few last minute tweaks but I totally messed up in qualy with a crash, so didn't even set a time.
Started 25th and followed Gabriel up to around 5th before the first pit stop. We continued our battle after that which was nice. Got unlucky with the yellow flags and pitstop strategy, which put me behind slower cars. Also in practice, my pit stall was farther up the pits but to my surprise it was one of the first stalls in the race. Overshot it twice, so lost a lot of time there.
The car I had had way more in it though than 10th.

Qualy as close as it gets Race was tense, close and had a major accident I luckily could avoid. I wondered about some pitstops. I didn´t change my strat, tried to clear traffic as fast as possible and pushed it a little here and there. My and Grant´s boost buttons had a good, albeit very short lifed scrap - was fun dude - gutted for you, damn disco. Had three liters to spare in the end - thanks to all the yellows. Better luck to all spinners, gratz to all finishers.
On to the next one.
