Crazy shower idea, but what about setting up a "web page" sort of thing, like an ISO-own mod database? Every mod made by the team available with a nice description and screenshots, videos, etc.? I mean, currently some mods are released on RaceDepartment etc. but there, mods get uploaded every day, so the ISO mods could get a little lost there.

Have you guys considered creating a Discord channel?
While not able to fully replace a forum, it does serve various functions. Text and speech sub channels can be created, and Discord can be used in place of TS.
It's a bit cumbersome posting all the same info in various spots, but I'm currently doing the same after my other 'home league' decommissioned our long standing forum area. They replaced the main website with what is essentially a portal where all links to series info, etc send you directly to the Discord channel where info can be found. Can do the same and link up to fb and others. We at MNRL built a forum for those not willing or able to cross over so easily to Discord for info...but for the most part almost all made that cross over effortlessly. The forum is easy enough to maintain along side the Discord, especially if there is more than one guy doing it (which is the case for me, and also would be the case here)
Lots of drivers in various places using it now. While, like all things, it has limitations of it's own, I find it far easier to invite drivers, get their eyes on series and other info (polls...other things like that we often do)...I find it easier than getting them to visit a forum, is all I am saying.
I'm currently admining and moderating various Discord sub channels, and know my way around it quite well at this point, so if any of that is of interest here and I can be of assistance, just let me know. I'd be more than glad to help out and perhaps even do a lot of the work involved in setting all that up (if necessary, obviously. It's not hard at all, tbh)
If not, well..it was just a coffee fueled morning notion. I know some would rather stay away from Discord because some feel it's mostly 'for the kids'. And, to some extent (depends on what channels you hang out in) I would agree. However, despite my own initial trepidation and cynicism, I've found it to be a useful tool and it's quite handy at helping to organize and dispense info about stuff like this.

No, don't hesitate to make proposals, those are indeed good ideas It's just that for now we are busy setting up the starting stuff, new pages, etc, but sure we will have a look at those more modern options later

I created a Discord server for HSO about half a year ago, but I've modeled it over to an ISO server. You can join it here: discord.gg/uEPH5ePAll I'd need is a 256*256 icon and some other "help" setting up things like a rules channel and stuff Actually, the Discord Server can also be used as a DATABASE for all the ISO mods

I just entered there, web version. No app for me. App is required for some of the functionality, I believe.
