After reviewing the race replay, the admins have decided that: Bruno Chacon receives a one race suspension for the next USAC race* for an avoidable collision with Adam Hackman, causing his retirement. Bruno was already on a final warning prior to this race. David Sabre will start the next USAC race* from the back of the grid, for an avoidable collision with Tim Hille, causing his retirement. Francisco Amaral will start the next USAC race* from the back of the grid, for holding up and racing lapping cars unnecessarily. After Round 14, we specifically requested to avoid this sort of behaviour: "Furthermore, we ask drivers who are being lapped to avoid racing the cars which are in the process of lapping them. On multiple occasions, lapping drivers had to take unnecessary risks because the lapped cars treated the manoeuvre as a normal overtake and made no effort to let the lapping drivers through safely."* Due to this being the last race in the F1 championship, the penalties will be carried over to the USAC series in which the above drivers are active. Any future incidents may result in a race suspension.
Other incidents are under scrutiny still, but do not affect drivers racing in USAC. Any rulings concerning these incidents will be posted later.
For details or clarification about the rulings, the drivers involved can PM the series admin.
