Would like to apoligize for the pile up and the incident to Alan Santo and some Tyrrell car I think.. Was a poorly executed manuveur from my side and not my intent trying in some style of confusion get out of the way after my spin at a narrow part instead ending up in racing line. No excuses just bad car handling and descision making. Sincerely sry

First thing i have to say, being Richard's teammate for this race was a pleasure, very nice guy, he helped me a lot to understand the car, thank you Richard!
About the race, i struggled with new car and new track combo, i don't like particularly stop and go tracks and the massive BMW engine didn't make things easier for me ; Only last minute tweaks ( despite more than 400 laps of practice) made me if not faster but at least more confortable with the car and consistent. Start was not bad but i spun at turn 3 due to cold tyres, i regained all the positions lost as quickly as i could, nice battles with the williams that were very fast on straights with boost on. After the stop, Ray was ahead in 8th more than 30 secs and i was alone after Luciano retirment, i had tons of fuel spared fearing an engine blow so i went full boost and i tried to catch Ray. I was gaining but i spun another time and now the gap was a full minute. 6th was enough and looking at all the engines still smoking on the track side, reducing the pace and go for a lakeside stroll was a wise move; Then Jules retired and i was 5th! big reward for me and very happy to have scored for the team.
Thank you all for the race guys !

Finally something to write about I admit that driving the Arrows didn't bring much pleasure. That has changed yesterday thanks to Juha Bos. We met on the track in the afternoon and Juha created a setup specifically for Arrows. Wow. Don't know how he did it, but as soon as I jumped in the car, it felt great. It was quite shocking to see that the car actually reacts to my inputs. I blew three engines in quali before I finally set the gears long enough to complete a lap. Could be some 1,5s faster, but I don't mind, really. Start was a bit busy, but I survived the first lap without damage. Since then I was having fun with this car for the first time this year. The car was great, it had plenty of front end grip, rear was far more stable and it was possible to put the power down effectively. Also, I found myself quite competetive around P12-15, which is a massive improvement. Honestly, I didn't expect to finish the race, mostly due to very little practice. So it wasn't a surprise that I downshifed too aggressively into T2, locked the rear and spun after some 20 laps. I didn't really mind, because the overal impression of this race is hugely positive. The only thing I regret is that I spun right in front of Jonatan and he lost at least 5s because of my mistake. Sorry about that. See you next time

I’m glad it helped you Petr. Actually my Ferrari setup translated rather well to the Arrows, and we’ve put quite a bit of time into that. My own race was a letdown. During the broadcast I was joking about the V6 blowtorch at Indy, but I suspect my team had struck a deal to run this locally sourced engine because it self detonated just as quickly. I probably brought it upon myself though, trying too hard to follow John. It was bad enough keeping the temperatures low when driving calmly and that early charge settled its cause even sooner. Well done John for the win, that pace was something else, Jonatan on a great second place and Anders for getting his underpowered machine to third.

Finally!
It's an Alesi moment for me. My fav track this season and car was simply amazing. I would'nt pick any other in the field for such a track, great charateristics. Clearly Monaco was in my head I just drove as slowely as I could. Was very lucky to been gifter a gap in the beginning so I could manage the engine early on. Grant put on some nice pressure on with a different strategy wich made things intressting.
Nice to see an all swedish podium! Beeing an ex. Haas driver thats an amazing drive Anders. Congrats all finishers!
Thanks for the broadcast. (Now I need to sort that mic out) 😆

Q. 9tenths off my pb is abit to much to be happy with . But a top 10 in this field is quite alright . Race: Was surprised to find myself in top six after the initial hectic laps . Had the 75 dollar seat for the battle betwin Gabriele and Jules, thinking of trying to get involved but realized it would have been a tall order for my Ford engine . So i settled down for a good rythm and it payed off at the end coming home with a Podium . Grats to John for securing the win well desirved outstanding pace and to Jonatan for second . Well done to all that saw checkered flag . Broadcast team

I had an honest race given the limitations of the car. Without forcing the engine and making few mistakes, the pace of 1:55 to 1:54 was the limit of the car that even so, the engine broke after 54 laps. Clearly, the BMW engines that Arrows used did not have the same reliability as those used by Benetton and Brabham. Kudos to the broadcast team for a great job, bringing life to a dull and long race.
