Ok, I guess someone has to take the AGS. #31 for a one-off, please.

Absent - unfortunately I am very busy this week. This would be your 4th absence after Rounds 5,9 and 11, meaning you will loose your car

Just wanted to report a weird bug that's probably out of the control of admins here. Someone left the server (I think ~6 of us were in it) and, all of a sudden, my times were not being recorded and I was also not present on the timing sheets. No idea what to say about that but, yeah, it happened...?

Not racing tomorrow.
I’m sorry for the delay but it was a busy week here, too. I thought I’d make it but I won’t be able to race my home venue.
See ya

Just a heads up. I will miss Q and may struggle to make the race.
Been called in to referee a game of floorball, which sees me, at the best of time, making it home 30 mins before the race, but it may run late.

This engine has aged me at least 15 years this season.
One of them races where it’s all going too well. However the 1-2 in Q with Dad was worth it!

Well crap. Made a good start, had a couple of half spins and then threw it into the T3 gravel, getting stuck and losing my wing. Was fun up until then though!

I'm happy with my qualifying pace.
Had a difficult start, missing gears and so. Lost a position to Owen, fought hard to recover, then had to start paying attention to water temp almost reaching 110.
Then race became quieter and I was just minding my own business, allowing fast cars by and trying to overtake backmarkers soon. Until I lost concentration trying to go on through a backmarker by the outside at turn 4. Got into marbles and then into gravel trap. Managed to leave with engine under insanely high temps, something like oil at 120. It took 3 laps to get it cooled down. But these three laps I got everything wrong, half spinning twice, the last one into a position I knew it would cause trouble for leaders so I had to retire.
That was one of races I was hoping to inherit some positions due engines and so on. Started on hards due to track temps and was planning to end the race on mediums

Well crap. Made a good start, had a couple of half spins and then threw it into the T3 gravel, getting stuck and losing my wing. Was fun up until then though! Sounds almost like my race, and you had a lot to do with it! No Q for me, due to late shift, but I got a good start and made up 3 positions immediately, chickened out on the fourth, but made that later in the lap. Quickly lost it again though, which was to be expected with a Ferrari, a Lotus and a Williams behind me. From there, a bit of a fight with Gilles in the Zakspeed, but couldn't make it. Then Owen joined the fray, with Luciano in the Lotus always in close company in an exciting fight for around 14 to 12 with progressing race. That went back and forth for like ... 12 laps? with Owen hassling me on the straights and Luciano especially in the final lap, but usually I had the Lotus passed again before I hit 240, and Owen often in T1 or T2. At some point, I used the traffic to my advance to get rid of him, and soon thereafter, Owen probably made a mistake, judging the gap. Then things went on until around Lap 30 or so, with Luciano doing his best to get past me, but he probably had way to much wing on his car. While musing if I should pit now or later, my car took the decision for me and got sideways into T6, but thankfully, the following collision with Luciano didn't damage the car. So, right into the pits, new tires, and back on track, and I was able to shorten the distance to Luciano again, but then, I got a bit distracted, as a slew of messages arrived on my phone and I missed the braking point to T3. Didn't hit the barrier, but I was stuck in the gravelpit of death, without a chance to get out without frying my engine. So an unfortunate end to a race that I really enjoyed so far.
So, what about the Beatrice/Haas/Lola? I had some problems getting the car into balance, with a persisting mid corner understeer I was never able to get completely rid off. The engine on the other hand works beautifully smooth, with a well predictable power delivery. No hard kick in the posterior, even on higher boost settings. Which one comes hardly to use, as the engine lacks a bit efficiency, just made the numbers on lowest boost setting, and tends to run a bit hot, even with short shifting. I was pretty sure I'll drop out with engine troubles, as I never got that thing under 103°C and towards the end was already hitting 108°C at the end of the straights, without revving seriously high. On the other hand, I needed about 0.05 less fuel per lap than in practice.

It was Lap 30 when i parked it in the fence! Just a momentarily lapse of concentration. Good racing with you and Luciano though, did enjoy it!

My first race with the F1 1986 cars. Don't really know what to think about it. Since I was the only one driving the AGS, I don't have any pace reference. Was third slowest in qualifying. My laps felt good, but what can you expect with a 50 kph top speed disadvantage? The start was a mess. Rolled slightly forward before the green light, but the game decided I wasn't worth of a penalty. I was last into turn 1 anyway, then immediately spun in turn 3 for good measure. Caught up with Bruno in lap2 and we had a brief, fun battle. I am not sure whether there was slight contact. Anyway, no damage to the car and I hope none to Bruno's either. Around lap 30 the display marked my tyres as orange. Guess it wanted to tell me it was time for a pit stop. But the car still felt quite good, especially the balance didn't change at all during the stint. Some solid setup work on my part, it seems. So I stayed out, doing a few personal fastest laps in a row. Then I went off in the first tight left-hander while trying to let through one of the McLarens and dug into the gravel. Made it back to the track at a snail's pace - 25 seconds lost. Finally pitted now and did another few quick laps (for me, at least) on the new tyres. Then I felt a loss of power. A look in the mirror confirmed there was a problem with the second-hand Motori Moderni engine - white smoke I kept going for 2 laps, but then it blew completely. The end. Hope to grab a car for Mexico and see you there. It was fun while the car lasted.
