Hi What graphics settings do you recommend? Is ams really that badly optimised? There were already major problems at Spa, and now in F1 at Phoenix, despite the fact that I've already reduced a few settings (aniso x8, circuit details), with a few players on track, I'm already feeling a few freezes... and the visuals are starting to look less pleasant! (Most of the time, I'm still at 100fps).
I don't have a high-performance PC, but I do have an amd ryzen5 2600x and a Nvidia 1080, which are perfectly capable of running most of the other sims at high or even ultra-high settings.
Are there any particular settings I could make in Nvidia Inspector?

I dont have any problems, and i run it in a weaker system than that.
Stutters will happen when people join the server at least. If they keep happening, then its not a graphics problem, but something else, provided your FPSs are high.
You might need to disable replay recordings.

I remember there were some issues with screen sync, and it is better to run windowed mode with no frame.

also mod dependent. if a track and or car isnt optimised well it can make the game run crap no matter what you do.

True, but that shouldn't be the case with F1 91, as the base models are old and even after smoothing and adding improved wheels/tires still have a lower number of polygons. F1 58 or F1 86 on the other hand are quite heavy.
