I have a problem with this game. While driving when I fully push the throttle the rev limiter goes into the redzone immidiately, even in 6th gear. With some other mods I have this problem as wel, others work normally. I have a G29 and use the standard G29 setup on this game.
Ideas? |

Looks to me like clutch slipping. Check dead zone on pedals in game options. Might also be some other realism/feature you have enabled/disabled.

Have you got your clutch assigned to the same pedal as another by mistake, AMS isn't like rFactor where it automatically overwrites it can assign one button to two separate commands.

nvm was a clutch problem

Are you having a joke? Haha! They are rear engined cars, it's a Porsche 911. Ah, that explains it. As they called it Boxer, I was convinced that it was a Subaru-inspired car...  That being said: the 911 is gradually evolving from a real rear-engined car to a more mid-engined car. In the Ur-911's the engine was practically hanging behind the rear-axle. In the 991, the engine is more centrally above the rear-axle. So I guess, we are lucky they picked the 991... Or not?  Timo |

No trainig and first time I drive these cars, not bad as I started improving over the race. The brakes are peculiar to say the least, otherwise once tires are war the car is fun, you can slide it if you are precise enough. See you all on saturday!
