I all drivers and admin from ISO. Good morning. After downloaded the file for the track SPA from the site, and when trying to enter the server it gives me an answer «Error opening MAS file SPAFRANCORCHAMPS91.MAS». I repeated the download 3 times but, always the same result. Can anyone help me with this. Thanks a lot.

You need to put the F1_1991 folder into Gamedata\Locations
So that your folder structure looks like this:
Automobilista\Gamedata\Locations\F1_1991\SpaFrancorchamps91
The game still sees the track due to the gdb and scn files but there's a variable in the scn file called SearchPath, and if you put the track somewhere where SearchPath isn't looking, it can't find the track files, thus throwing the error.
