How do I get rid of sky dome loading to memory error? I downloaded the track and put it where it belongs, but I can't drive it for test day Apparently, I have errors for other mod tracks aswell. Great, a few days not racing and being busy and stuff suddenly doesn't work anymore

That error is usually because the track is not installed correctly or because you are missing some files. From your post I understand it was working before?

Well thanks Jason, that helped indeed! I think I'll have to maybe delete some old modded track files at some point as they seem to intefere with each other. @alberto: No, never drove Norisring last year. It's just that I have to drive this race with my G27 again as I am not done with my new rig and last time I drove AMS I had no track issues at all.

Porsche 930 Group B was not Porsche's finest race car, that's all I have to say.

Porsche 930 Group B was not Porsche's finest race car, that's all I have to say. Certainly not this one and not on this track. A good fun race though with always something to do, mainly watching out for the faster cars. The 930 became slower as the fuel burnt off and the M1s became faster. Thanks for the race and well done to whoever won, I didn't see the result.

Well done Davids!! I still don't get how on earth you guys lapped us economizing fuel . This should appear in some paranormal TV series . Any way, I had lot's of fun tonight, even if I did too many class B cars. I apologize to anyone I shunted, closed when overtaking or any other bad maneuver i did. Now let's see if I am so lucky in USAC!! EDIT: Awesome driving performed by Anders and Juha, I had lot's of fun chasing you. Lucky me I finished with more fuel than expected, so I raised the boost to 1.30 or 1.40 and made it to overtake you.

I made a mistake in the strategy and lost 20 seconds on the wrong braking that got me off the track. I'm not lucky on this track and I don't like it, something always happens to get in the way. Congratulations Jundt, Jaques and Iquino.

Qualy bad. Race strategy was boost 1,4 and a pitstop. Refueling killed me allthough it was just 40 liters. I thought it could work out somehow. It didn´t. Had a traffic situation coming up at Dutzend Teich Kehre, turn 6 into 7 on lap 9(?) Got carried away left under braking and went on the side walk. Brakes were locked - I was pumping like crazy to get the car stopped - which didn´t work. I watched the replay - brake lights were on - all the time. I hit Anders while I missed the apex. Got rightfully cursed out for it. I was cursing too. Sorry Anders. Many close calls all in all, snatched P8 from Tim Hille.
Gratz David Jundt and all the other fuel savers. Well done!

I had a quite fun race thanks to Brad, we were together all the time in striking distance and the traffic from Group C was a real challenge to time things properly and look for the opportunity to pass. In the end I got tangled with a lapping car, and Brad deservedly took 2nd in the class. Good job! Other than that and from my perspective as lapped car, I'm not going to point fingers but will just say one thing: If you have a Group C car you can brake harder than us poor Group B, so please don't overtake a Group B car just to place yourself in front and slam the brakes

It was a great year's 1st race. I loved it. Great start from my view, turn 1 was a bottle neck but it was very clean. It was very hard to overtake driving the C100 and I had to be very patient to find the right opportunity. The race was so much fun, I didn't have any issue with anybody, all very clean. There were some pack of Group B cars once in a while but that was very fun to manage. Congratulations to the podiums!!! Cezar got his win back!!! Congrats mate!!!! See you next race!!!!

Just watched the replay again. That was me. Missjudged the distance. My first multiclass race. Sorry Alberto

Hastily had to bring back my G27 with the wheelstand and sandwiched it quite literally between desk and bed to race today. Got myself some basic data to compete on, qualified 4th and was satisfied quite early, felt like I wanted to concentrate on the race and leave the group B cars alone when they were trying to set lap times. Start was decent, kept the place and later jumped Alberto Junior while still running a rather conservative boost level, bu focused even more on apex lines, gears&revs and trying to lap at the right moment. Ray had passed me for 3rd and we were running away from 5th, but he pitted at around the halfway point and Grant followed soon after. Somehow came back from 7 seconds behind David Jaques and we were running as a duo after he had been held up a few times. I also got lucky that formation lap kinda messed with his fuel strategy while my boost strategy had worked out and I used between 1.37 - 1.45 litres a lap to give me a slight cushion. Attacked with like ten laps to go and then started running away, even if my tyres were starting to go and it got really slippery as I started to power slide out of turns. On the last lap, I slowed down on the run to the flag even though I had enough fuel. I kinda didn't wanna rob those close to me of a race lap so let them go. From what I read, I might have cost Tim 8th place then, sorry Otherwise, I am very happy with my race though, endurance experience paid off once again and kept my distance to most cars while lapping I'd say. Many thanks to those that took a glance behind and left room, usually flashed a "thanks" or "sorry to bother" afterwards Congrats to DJ and Alberto Jr. for the podium, same for "Ceasar", Brad and Alberto Sr. in Group B aswell as all finishers. My condolences to Petr for his disco from the group B lead Let's see what happens on the new rig, I was already told I'll be getting a good run for my money for the rest of the races Hope to keep it up myself.

That was quite a street fight. I like Norisring, although it isn't the most exciting street circuit, it does require some certain techniques. The 930 is not meant for this track at all though. Braking was a crisis every lap and I did manage to run into a Group C car at turn 1 once (sorry, I just locked them up and could not stop). Almost caught Jason at the end but struggled at that point in the race.
The rest of the tracks on the schedule should be easier for lapping and being lapped.

I really don't know what to do to make AMS work. I race online with AC, ACC, sometimes rF2, even Wreckfest (awesome game, btw)...No issues at all. Only AMS keeps disconnecting me.
I was slower than Cezar in qualifying. So I decided to make rather significant last minute setup changes. And it paid off. The car was fantastic, I got rid of lockups and subsequent flatspotting. Navigating through the traffic was much easier thanks to head tracking (I started to race with it last year) and everything went smooth. I was enjoying a 30s lead over Cezar and then I got disconnected. Again. Sure, worse things can happen, but I admit I wasn't too happy about this one... I hope I'll grab another one-off car for the next race, these old tin tops are a lot of fun to drive and multi class racing is a whole new beast to me.

I'm sorry for your disco, but a 30 seconds lead is not what the Group B class was intended to be for, as we said in the series presentation. While I'm really happy that you have progressively recovered and are in good form again, this makes you fall now into the quick drivers category I guess. So for the next one you hsould be picking one offs in the C class, or at most a 930 in the Group B but don't worry as there will be plenty of them

I read several threads about AMS disco and I didn't find much except for opening ports (done). Could there possibly be something like 4GB patch that worked for rF, since it's running the same engine?
