Quick question, are all of the cars supposed to have 5 different Boost settings? My AMC only has 3.

No that is a glitch. You do have all the power, but only in 3 settings instead of 5. I will produce a fix for you, so that you don't get mismatches. The rest of the grid doesn't need to install anything.

Here you go Jason, install this: AMC engine fixServer has already been updated, so you should not get a mismatch-

I noticed a small glitch that is occurring on regular basis, but it is not permanent... On the sides of the rear wing a small ">" or "<"object occurs and drives along the rear wing of the car in front of me. It is not attached to the vehicle, but with space of feet or so. I will try to screenshot it next time.
And same as mr. Jaques issue, RPM gauge sometimes has a needle, sometimes not, but its fixed when its present..

Was looking through the cars added with the "Indy500 Patch" and whenever I click on the other Tibon-Gelhousen car, I'm getting a gMotor2 Error and the car doesn't load.
Also, just out of curiosity, I noticed there was a new hdv file for my car in the patch, what was changed?

Thank you for the feedback. Not just your car. All cars have changed.

I decided to issue all new HDVs for all cars to see if we get rid of the mismatches we have been having. The draft was also adjusted and the AI modified; now they should be quicker and more on the pace of a human to allow some offline practice.

When I try to download Indy and the Fix Patch, Firefox is trying to get me to choose an app to open it with and Chrome does nothing...
EDIT: and now it does nothing at all...it just opens a new tab asks me if I Want to use Firefox to open it and then does nothing.

I ended up having to download them through Filezilla after trying Firefox and Chrome as well.

The latest Firefox doesn’t allow FTP any more.

chrome, firefox, explorer, all browsers have abandoned ftp support. (firefox was actually scheduled to remove it last year but delayed till now)
i haven't had an ftp client in forever, admins or anyone else have a good recommendation for one that is free/no ads?

Our server uses Filezilla, so at least for this league that should work fine.

Try this work around for Chrome as it worked for me. Was able to download all the Indy content. (Don't type the quote marks)
- Open Chrome and type “chrome://flags” in the address bar.
- Once in the flags area, type “enable-ftp” in the search bar stating “search flags”.
- When you see the “Enable support for FTP URLs” option tap where it says “Default”.
- Tap “Enable” option.
- Hit “Relaunch Now” option at the bottom of the page.
- Chrome will relaunch and the Chrome will start supporting FTP.
It may be temporary and you may have to repeat it with Chrome updates. But just thought i would share as it worked for me.

Thanks for the ftp tips, finally I could download things normally again(and that goes for all series of course)! Btw: Can I ask some dumb/pedantic questions about the entries for the Indy 500 here instead of cluttering the time trials thread with it? - The #47 of Phil Treshie is the only car that qualified in real life but isn't part of the mod for this event, right? Was it due to missing photo documentation? Or an issue with how driver switched around as he and Jerry Carl(drove the #88 MU-McLaren at Indy, later the #38 McLaren) drove the Machinist Union car(first a Rascar, later the Lightning) with different numbers(#87 for the Rascar, #47 for the Indy Lightning) through the season? Or am I slightly fooled by cars shown with different numbers(also depending on what other events they entered)? For example Roger Rager wrecking his #97 Dragon but being shown as #95 in records. - Vollstedt and the Mallard also missing, but I guess the latter was not gonna be part of the Indy 500 since I guess you wanted to spare people of wasting their time trying to qualify it(I remember Jacob asked about it at least earlier in the year)? - The #58 Rascar of Eldon Rasmussen is listed as Offy-engined, but the racing reference website for example lists it with a Foyt engine. Which one is it? Sorry that I am asking all this, but I actually find it really interesting

Eldon's RasCar should be a Foyt-Ford. I'm guessing, as with the Mallard, it was too much work to build an engine that would only run 1 race...although both were entered at multiple events.

I've tried to download the Indy track from the Time Trials thread, all I can get is a blank white screen, using Microsoft Edge.

So Rasmussen used a different spec than the ones used by the Gilmore Team with their Coyotes?

I downloaded them through Filezilla and Richard found a way to get FTP to work again on Google Chrome.

I didn't realize AJ started the season with his own engine or that the 84 was running it the full season. Should be the same engine.
