Actually, I've asked Brian if he wanted my car if I cancel my participation.
To be honest, he drove the car and would give it justice more than I do at the moment. I've got several issues, not just the wheel rim not working as it should.

I cannot believe what I just did. I was going to change boost setting, and in a moment of brain fade, I hit the gear downchange instead. Revs went through the roof, panic ensued, and poor Jacob got caught up in the fracas. Jacob, I am so sincerely sorry, I feel awful right now. Of all the mistakes to make. I will be taking a hard look at remapping my buttons so this does not happen again. I will be off preparing for other things and trying to forget about this blunder. Again, my sincere apologies.

Not a very good day for Roger and the team. I misjudged the location of my pit stall, and ended up missing it and contacting Raul. Pretty dumb on my part . My sincerest apologies if I caused any damage to Raul or any of those close by. I did not think the stewards would approve of using reverse in pit lane, so I attempted one more lap. My mileage was better than expected, so I pitted one lap later than planned. Unfortunately for me, that also meant I did not have enough to make it back to my pit stall. Bummer .

A race to forget. I think I was an unpredictable obstacle all the way from the first lap. I dont know, setup was quite ok, but when race started, I just could not get the feel for the car at all.. So Adam, I think you were the least of my problems. I was sure you will stop behind me, but my car just went as if in a mud.. Sorry to all for stupid contacts, I think Jacob and Martin were envolved.. my apologies, maybe it just was not my day..

One of my best races in ovals so far. No chance for the offy in these super speedways. I have to find something out during the season. But it was great!! At least it didn't blow up!!! Congratulation to the podium!

In the end, I put the car onto the track and see how far I get... twice I took too much of a bite out of the apron, the second killed my engine

Happy to finish 12th after starting at the back and only four laps down. The plan was just to keep out of trouble and just make it to the finish.
Apologies for the text chat notifying when I was pitting which was bad of me.

What a race! Congrats to Alberto Jr on the pole and first win. This race was better than last round but I still made a bonehead error coming in too hot to the pits and spun. Ended up tapping the right front and decided to repair it rather than worry about it later on. That put me down to 18th and from there worked my way back up the order. I think I could have come away with maybe a 9th or 8th had I not spun. Sorry to anyone whom I may have raced too close. On to College Station!

Welp...I finished....
Start was a massive Cluster, was probably the worst race start I've ever seen here. Was stuck in 3rd Gear when the green flew, so I was swamped when it happened. On the 5th or so Lap going down the backstraight the engine suddenly laid over on me hard enough I thought I'd blown it, when I glanced down and realized my Throttle trace said I was at Half-throttle, but my foot was full down. It shot back up and I ran the rest of the race with a Throttle pedal that needs to have the contacts cleaned. It wasn't too bad, but when I spun around Lap 15, it was because the throttle spiked in the middle of 3 and kicked the back end around on me. After the repairs it was just riding around and trying to survive.
Apologies to Little Al, I clipped the apron as you were closing on me at one point and nearly spun in front of you. Was a definite clinch moment.
Happy I survived. Cautions need worked on, there should've been, at least 4 of them today. Also, and I know you're working on it, but the Tach issue needs fixed, especially with these cars.
Aside form that, the car was actually fairly decent.
Looking and NOT looking forward to Texas all at the same time.

I'm pleasantly surprised by getting third place tonight.
I decided to leave all my practice to today, which was a great idea until I injured myself yesterday. Thanks to Alberto for supplying me with a very good setup to avoid me having to do any surplus lapping today.
Qualifying went well, almost tying with Jason for 2nd. My start was the usual good one and I quickly ended up in a no man's land between leader Alberto Jr and David Jaques. A badly timed stop (again) cost me some time and a far too cautious second stop dropped me to third. By then I couldn't even keep my foot down through turns so I settled for third, rather than go all out with the revs and crash while trying. Alberto was too fast anyway.
Well done to Al and David . I hope to be as competitive next time around.

It was a racing deal. If you had gone for the pits, I'm afraid the same thing would have happened. Up to that, the racing was terrific! I'm quite encouraged about that Wildcat's abilities to adapt to every situation. On itself? Cool. In traffic? No biggie. We are in this for the title. It's going to be fun. I just need to get a result together. I know I am fast, as fast as David in racing conditions.

I've went from fuming mad to depressed to just frustrated with myself. Got to leave this race report, get it out so I can try to let go of this one. Last night, I got in the car to sort it out for today's race and out of the gate it was loose, did not want to comply, had quite a few spins working with it. This morning, I got back in it knowing I'd been going in the right direction, made some more changes, realized I had quite a stable car on my hands (finally!)...not fast, by any means, but stable. As practice ended the raw lap times weren't giving me much motivation, but just kept thinking to keep it steady, let it play out. Quali'd P20. Bad by some standards. With this car, I could live with that. By lap 2 I was P15. "Humm, starting to feel like this might be fun" No big early wrecks to avoid, nor to cause me heart attack, so settled in, just driving. Decent first pit stop and somehow even after all had cycled through, I'm running P8 ...and no one was really catching me either. Maintaining the gap to 9th fairly well. P7 is too far ahead for me to concern myself with. Just logging more laps. As time for my second and final stop approached, I started reminding myself to be extra careful entering the pit lane. I'd had a few spins there while practicing it, and was not about to push boundaries for a few seconds that wouldn't make or break me anyways. But, somehow, I managed to screw it up I came in a little slower than the first stop, but I guess I was braking/downshifting in the same moment as I left the banking and went onto the flatter apron. The car snapped, around I went, and I smacked the pit wall left quite hard. Tore off the rear wing and damaged the car a lot. 128 seconds for repairs. I cursed myself, I nearly quit..but decided to finish it out if I could. Went back onto the track still distracted, a short time later big Alberto came along to lap me and I damn near crossed over into his car. Shear luck and only a few inches saved me from disaster there. Oof! Anyways, P14 when I finished. Time to forget it happened. P8 with me in the car I had, I felt like I was winning! Might have been a one off drive, but this one hurts. I've got to quit making these stupid, often times late race, mistakes! Anyways, grats podium, and Alberto Jr. on the win! Good broadcast as usual, thanks for that! I'll be looking for another one off in the near future, starting to get a bit hooked on oval racing because of this place

Another day in the Lighnting office for me, waiting for the Eagle 78 to be ready. I know I could extract more of the car, it is solid and good handling, but somehow knowing there is a slightly better one some races down the road coupled with the huge workload I am having lately prevents me from putting more time into setup and practice. Start was good, got me a couple of places but I knew my pace was slower and would be back to the mid field sooner than later so I let everybody pass without resistance. Stupidly spun at pit entry and did a nice 360º without hitting the walls but lost quite some time there - again the lack of practice showing here, as there were better lines to enter the pits. Coming out I spent most of the race being chased by Thiago. The lapped traffic sometimes helped me, sometimes him, but at some point short of my second pitstop I got stuck behind another car and decided to pass on the outside only to slightly bruise the wall while trying to give as much space as possible. Lost my position there and after coming out of the pits with the damaged car it was impossible to catch up, so I cruised safely to 7th place, which ended being a 6th due to Dana's unfortunate incident Dissappointing to be able to run full boost nearly all race and have the car ride so low, this mod has suffered from the intensive dedication we had to put in the F1 one but now Wilks has been able to finally produce the physics patch we were waiting for a long time and hopefully the races will be even better It's going to be really scary that's for sure Bottom line is: Another race finished, some points in the bag, on to Texas.

For the first time at Indy I can say that I had a Sunday Drive. In training I realized that the car was very fast on the straights but that I lost a lot in the corners because I had to avoid the front exit at their entrance. I never managed to make a lap below 46.3. I decided to work on a safe setup that allowed me to be fast on the straights and that was consistent. Right at the start, Whited passed me and I searched all the time for a ride in a vacuum that gave me 2 more laps at each stop. I could have forced and passed him, but that was not what I wanted, a dispute in the middle of the race was all I wanted to avoid. Checking the stop times of the other competitors, I lost 2 to 3 seconds because I was careful not to make mistakes and I did it throughout the race, always avoiding direct disputes, saving fuel and at the final stop putting only fuel for 15 laps . Starting at 18 and finishing at 8, I can say that it was what I expected from the race and it was a prize for my consistency and especially patience. Congratulations to Little Al for the brilliant race and, as always, a fantastic race broadcast.

Finally made my first win!! Congratulations to Jaques and Juha for second and third!! My race: Qualifying went exceptionally good compared to the other laps I had done before, but I felt my heart was about to explode because of the pressure of making the pole, what usually ends up in a shunt against a wall. Any road, it went good. The start of the race was curious, because I got a bit scared when I received the message that I was accelerating too early, so I waited until the green flag to push. Then the car felt like flying around the corners. I made a little mistake with the numbers so I lowered the boost on the second stint because of the fuel economy. After exiting from the pit in lap 56 I realized I had done 2 more laps than expected, so I could turn up the boost and drove on the edge with maximum boost. I didn't realize this, so don't feel sorry, you managed it

Congratulations Little Al. I couldn't race due to PC boot-up issues. I hope that it will be ok for the next races, this is the worst kind of problem, sometimes its ok then the next it isn't. I watched the broadcast, top notch as always.

well done Al Jr! you had that car dialed in, very well deserved. Juha was also on a blazing pace, if it wasn't for his foot issue he would have been out of sight too. grats to all finishers.
