Glad there's some cars left! I came in here before thread opened to us and then completely forgot to come back. Yikes!
Anyways...
#42 or #70 please. Thank you!

Hello, I don't see any server running for the LVT race, is this normal?

The server is running, you can see it liveracers: internationalsimracingorganisation.liveracers.com/LiveBut if you mean that you can't find it in the list of AMS servers when you go online, then that is because AMS won't always show all that are around. You should search for it typing the specific IP that we put in the first post, this one:

PLEASE download the mod again. Found an issue that was fixed.
Don't worry, it won't affect setups or the practice you already did.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

not sure what else to try, but it seems related to the track. (not saying something is wrong with the track, since i had the similar issue at imola f158, and imola was a stock track) but something related to track because i did a stint offline at buenos aires after the f158 race and didn't have an issue. when i go to buenos now it is rock solid on the limited 80fps the entire lap. at brands, after initial load in, 80fps, coming out of the pitstall dips to 70s, seems to stabilize, exiting pitlane dips to 60s suddenly, stabilizes, around turn 2 heading back toward the pits big drop to 50s-60s. this part is undriveable, i think fps is lower than the 50s displayed. rest of the lap are minor variations, down to 70s or 60s, mostly driveable but the stutter adds a motion sick element.
i tried deleting the entire brandsH folder and re-extracting the latest download (there was a previous version that before i just overwrote). no difference.

Is it the same offline?
Only other thing you can try is disable visible cars in front to a minimum.

yes same offline at brands. reduced visible to 12 for last test. would love to race, really liked the cars. can't drive properly like this and would be too much of a liability to others.

Exactly the same track as we used for 86 and it seems as thought it's isolated to yourself. I could be wrong on that though with it being isolated.
Maybe try verifying files trough steam (back up your plr file), if you have a Radeon card, don't use windowed mode and it sounds silly but try lowering sound effects, they have been know in the past to affect FPS.

Starting practicing on sunday morning after a lot of time of not racing is not exactly the best thing to do, especially with these cars and with my own lack of talent. Real life and my work on modding made me leave things for the last moment and I paid a hard price for it in these cars I otherwise love

I'm laughing to myself thinking about Ibañez's words: it's like driving a real car. I think he forgot to mention "a real car with a broken back train and plastic tyres" lol
After learning how to hold it on track, nice start and keeping close to the second to last - me being comfortably and happy last. No more than 1 second behind, until the cars in front began to spin and go off track. Then that happened to me too, and on the third time I did a big time sheet... I thought Sabre's car was far behind so I tried to pull it out of the perfect line, however I did that extremely slow and mayhem occurred.
I am deeply and sadly sorry for causing that accident, David. And I totally understand whatever consequences my bad driving may bring. Thinking I was doing the right thing, I've simply done the most incorrect thing I couldve ever done in that situation.
All in all the race was fun. I just didn't want to spoil anybody else's fun time. And I just did... feeling terrible about it.
Thanks for the event. Congrats to the winners

Great race today guys, managed to steal a few places after a less-than-stellar qualifying. I wish I had known about the 3-compound thing eariler!
