Do I need to rejoin the server at a particular time so I can have a second run if/when bumped? You will be asked if you want to join in the next session if anyone is worried they will be bumped, feel free to join the next session. we will announce when the server is open again. |

can I drive round paddock? while waiting...I have wheel lag well, I think I got more mileage in the paddock than on track. I am gutted, not for not making it to the grid, but denied by temperamental hardware.....no probs til then, and as usual, enjoyed the testing.......Now who's up for a bribe...one wheel in perfect condition....I'll change my name my name........again anyway..thx |

Massive effort. Very well planned. Thanks ISO. Q set took 4 people. Brian's first layer Jaques did the shocks Vesa had the idea for aero I compiled it all into a working set on sunday morning with a few changes after cursing for a whole week. Beautiful cars when they work. First lap in Q I nearly lost it twice. 3 more like clockwork after that. On to the marathon  . Gratz all Qualifiers - LOLA folks untouchable - WOW. Good to see Ibañez in shape too! |

I dare to say there's barely anything that gets me really excited after almost 20 years of online simracing. Sure, there are hard fights, close calls, etc. Yes, it's great fun, but the excitement is nowhere near my first league start at Spa with GPL back in 2003. With one exception. These four laps at Indy are just so intense! Thanks to the real time format here at ISO, even waiting for my run alone raised my hartbeat. I was literally shaking all over my body during the first timed lap.
After what I've been through, I tend to appreciate things I like and love to do in my life. This is one of them. Thanks to every single one of you, who make experience like this possible.

The dream of Indy is over. I didn't have much time to prepare and it showed. It was difficult to set-up the car just to make it driveable; and after I accomplished that, not enough time to find the necessary speed.
Good luck to the field of 33.
