After reviewing the race replay, the admins have decided that:
Dave Miller receives a warning for a collision with Ricardo Mendes on lap 4.
John Thim receives a warning for a collision with Richard Wilks on lap 26.
Brian Janik receives a final warning and a 5-place grid penalty for the next race for unsafely rejoining after a spin on lap 1 leading to a collision with Ricardo Mendes, a collision with Juha Bos on lap 10 and multiple other contacts throughout the race. Because LVT races are one-off events, the penalty will be applied in the only full time series where Brian has a full time drive, F1 1991, in the first race for which he qualifies in the top 26.
