RACE DAY SCHEDULE - All times are PARIS time
Sunday August 28th
19:00 - Qualifying (45 minutes, unlimited laps)
19:45 - Driver's briefing and warm-up
20:00 - Race (7 Laps) - the formation lap will be included in the number of laps displayed ingame, which will show up as 8
QUALIFYING
Qualifying will consist of a 45 minute session with unlimited laps. Towback will be set to 'ON' for qualifying.
We urge people to remain on the server as to avoid lag for other drivers.
On their outlaps and inlaps, drivers are allowed to use a shortcut as to avoid having to complete the full lap. When using this shortcut, please make sure you're not in the way of drivers who are on timed laps.
The shortcut can be found immediately after the left hand corner at the back of the pits. It is visible on the right:

WARM-UP
The driver's briefing will be held at the start of each warm-up session. No cars are allowed to leave their garage during the briefing.
RACE START PROCEDURE
Both divisions will race together, but the Division 2 cars will be gridded behind the Division 1 cars.
The race will feature a formation lap followed by a rolling start. The formation lap will not take place over the full track, but use the concrete shortcut (map show above in the qualifying procedure).
To allow for this procedure, the formation lap will be included in the number of laps displayed ingame. There will be 1 formation lap + 7 race laps = 8 in total.
Division 1: When the light goes green, the Division 1 polesitter will start the formation lap at a maximum speed of 120 kph / 80 mph up to the shortcut. When entering the shortcut, the maximum speed is 75 kph / 50 mph until the start of the race is given. When the last car has exited the shortcut, an admin will manually signal the start in the in game chat with the text 'D1 GREEN GREEN'.
Division 2: When the light goes green, the Division 2 polesitter will wait for all Division 1 cars to set off, and leave a 5 second gap to the last car before starting the formation lap at a maximum speed of 120 kph / 80 mph up to the shortcut. When entering the shortcut, the maximum speed is 75 kph / 50 mph until the start of the race is given. When the last car has exited the shortcut, an admin will manually signal the start in the in game chat with the text 'D2 GREEN GREEN' - Do not confuse this with the command for Division 1 which will be given earlier.
During the formation lap, drivers are to remain in double file. No overtaking is allowed before the start has been given for a drivers respective Division.
Anyone found using the shortcut outside the formation lap will be excluded. Should you find yourself using the shortcut anyway, we request you retire from the race immediately, as the game will register laps using the shortcut and this will render the results incorrect.
TYRES
Each driver is limited to 3 sets of tyres for the entire event (qualifying, warm-up and race).

BEHAVIOUR ON TRACK
- As for all ISO races, it is required you use your real name both in-game and on the forum. Thank you.
- Chatting during the race is strictly forbidden, talking during a qualifying session is only permitted for technical difficulties, but please whisper to the admin in charge to limit the disturbance towards other drivers. The code to add before your message when using whisper chat in the AMS is the following:
/w adminname Message
Example:/w Juha Bos I have a problem.
- Respect the red light at the end of the pitlane.
- Drive Through: If a driver has to do a drive through, even if there is no pit lane speed limit, he has to drive through the pitlane at 100 km/h max (60 mph). Not respecting this rule will result in a 30 second penalty at the end of the race.
If you have a spin on the track or leave the track, it is YOUR responsibility to make sure the track is sufficiently clear before you rejoin the race. - Driving back to the pits on anything less than 4 wheels is not allowed in any session. Drivers must stop in a safe place and ESC out of the race. Failure to do so may result in a post race penalty.
- Race Control may request drivers who are circulating at a very slow pace to retire. Drivers must stop in a safe place and ESC out of the race. Failure to do so may result in a post race penalty.
APPLICATION AND INTERPRETATION OF THE REGULATIONS
The admins/moderators are qualified to solve any problems raised by the application and the interpretation of the present regulations.
