The engine probably died. I had similar the other day. The engine just died, the small smoke out of the back gave me a clue lol.

And this car has a very exciting handling! It's so amazing run a qualy lap with turbo kick at the throttle. But Yesterday I tried to simulate a full tank race and the engine shut-off without any sign (oil and water temps is OK, pressure in 0.2 bar and RPM in control). I believe that the differential isn't settable and it's fixes the coast in 0 (more tork when re-trottle and reducting speed). How do you mean shuts off? Was this a fair way into your race fuel run? Sounds silly but you sure you didn’t run out of fuel? more than any other mod I’d say we’ve run so far this requires fuel management more than any other. You really have to think about try to run the boost and where to not. Some cars even require lift and coast just to make it. It’s harder to save fuel in these cars than one might think so you blast it round on full boost for a few laps then good luck getting to the finish No, i was practicising with full tank and I managed the consumption in 3.19 L per lap and I had a half tank yet when happened this fail. I believe that the fuel usage wasn't the problem. Before the cars choice I did a full tank run with ligier (when I put the differential coast to maximum), In Ferrari this set is 0.

That's due to how much the track and mod takes out on your system .
May I suggest that you try to run the graphics of oponenets and track at one grade lower and see if you get the same result.
I'm running an old system and have to run on lower graphics to not get that same call. It's your graphics card and/or CPU+RAM running out of space.

I did the AI race test. Although the anormal delay to load the track the race with 24 AI gone well, slightly lower framerate than usual, but acceptable. My graphic sets in major is low settings.
Machine Specs: NVIDIA Zotac 2GB DDR3 8GB RAM Memory

Yes Gabriele as I said before, you may need to run your opponents at high instead of full.

16 Gigs Ram 2080ti 11Gigs Vram
Full opponent settings -> Memory warning
No crashes.
Its simply the fact that 64bit texture quantity is being pressed into 32bit architecture.
I would put out High opponent detail as a general info for everybody maybe?

Works well on onboard graphics of an ASUS TUF Gaming with Ryzen 5 3200 & 8 GB RAM, everything on high, constantly over 60 FPS

Yeah in relation to the pacecar sounds. There is no SierraRS folder in the mods sounds folder which the .sfx file is calling for.

OK thxs Sam will be updated in the final release version. I am considering fun events with the pace car on the day prior to some GPs, as they did in real life in many series, so we certainly need the sounds

Could it be that i could actually participate with you guys ! That's if you are saying you will run the events on the night before the race.

I'd be all for it, obviously on saturday night many people have other plans, but getting around 10 drivers for a fun spec-racer event could certainly be possible. And if the chosen tracks lend themselves to those relatively underpowered cars, then it might be actually quite fun.

On i7 Haswell, 16 GB DDR3 RAM and GTX970 no problem with 30 AI drivers at the start of the race. I'm using capped 60 FPS and it drops down slightly at the very start with external TV view to 41.

(Graphics) Small GEN file Omission? - Non of the cars have driveshafts, (Well, havent checked all of them)

Yes they disappear at "high" detail and appear only at "max". I am preparing a revision of the GEN files for the final version to improve the looks and solve such details now that we have seen how the mod performs on a variety of PCs, but this evening with teh test race will be the definitive check. Once we know for sure how the experience is for everyone with a full real grid, we will fine tune the GEN files.

One thing I noticed is the front wing needs just a gentle nudge to fly away, while the suspension seems to take some punishment until the car doesn't run straight anymore

I did the full grid test offline.
My system: Intel Core i7-7700 @3.6Ghz - NVidia GeForce RTX 2080 Ti 11 GB GDDR6 - 16.0 GB of Ram.
In AMS, I have everything on Full, FPS capped at 90.
PC loads the grid with 25 AI. I get the memory warning but the PC continues running. At the start, back of the grid, it drops to 45 FPS. Then increases rapidly back to between 65 and 70. Once the field spreads out, it is a stable 80 to 85 FPS.
AMS runs smooth the entire time, also when FPS is lower. It is always very playable.
One small glitch: even with the second V checked for opponents, I had two Ivan Capelli's. One R01-R08 and one R01-R16. Only a small glitch but wanted to mention it nevertheless.

Quick feedback, minor thing but just want to mention before I forget...
In the Ligier (#26), while in race configuration, the boost pressures read as 0.0, 0.3, 0.6, 0.9, and 1.2. However, while adjusting inside the car they read, 1.8, 2.1, 2.4, 2.7, and 3.0.
In quali mode, I have no options for boost pressure and the mapping is at '1' (I imagine this is as intended - ie, the car is 'maxed out')

Had to change the rules last minute due to a issue. So everyone will have a limit of 12 laps and unlimited tires.

In car you get the total one. This boost is 1 unit less than the usual measurement, so 3.0 is actually 4.0 usually. Qualy boost is indeed always locked because most of the time they had specialy qualy engines with adjustment.
